The apartment is located in the historic center of Modena, in one of the most characteristic areas of the city. A few steps from the Osteria Francescana, a stone's throw from the Duomo, the Albinelli market and the Academy.
The apartment has independent entrance which is accessed from a courtyard typical of the historic center of Modena.
The apartment consists of two floors, on the ground floor there is an independent entrance, small bathroom with shower and the laundry. On first floor there is the living room, kitchen, second small bathroom (no shower) and the bedroom.
Heating in winter and air conditioning in summer!
The apartment is opened remotely, just call announcement number when you are in front of the apartment. It is possible to request a ZTL pass to enter the ZTL and park for free (in restricted area but also and outside on the blue lines).
Popular points of interest near the apartment include Museums Palace, Piazza Grande and Ducal Palace. The nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, 40 km from Elly's House.
