My holiday home is located a few meters from the Monti Rossi that were formed by the eruption of 1669, considered one of the largest eruptions of Etna. Today the Monti Rossi are covered with pine trees and are a good place for trekking.
I like the history and especially the history of Sicily and the Etna area.
The Monti Rossi are an adventure park, a riding school and the municipal swimming pool. It is a very nice place to spend a day outdoors.
