Property for exclusive use The property has a large outdoor area, with natural grass and woods. Guests have exclusive use of the fenced swimming pool, 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1 to 3 metres and complete with outdoor shower, beach decks and umbrella. There is also a terrace and a loggia with table, chairs, umbrella and stonework barbecue. Parking within the property. The property is on several floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with a large window facing the garden, ornamental fireplace (which cannot be used), satellite TV and direct outdoor access, the dining room, a portico with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, the kitchen and one small bathroom. There is a staircase leading to the first floor, with two double bedrooms (both with access to the balcony), one of which has a bathroom with shower, one bathroom with shower accessible from the corridor, one bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower. All the first floor bedrooms have mosquito screens. The second floor has two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower (but no shower cubicle) with access from the corridor. All the bedrooms have portable fans. Deodara is in a panoramic location, on a hill overlooking the Arno valley. It is a peaceful area, while still being close to several shops. The property has internet GSM 4G router, baby bed (without sheets), highchair, mosquito screens in the first floor bedrooms, portable fans in all bedrooms. The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as pool towels (changed weekly), water, gas and electricity, internet, baby bed and highchair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help and dinners. Only one small pet is permitted. Access via 400 m of gravel road.
