The owners offer their guests three recently renovated apartments, furnished with care and elegance but above all in the name of comfort. After having appreciated the splendor of Florentine art and culture, guests can enjoy moments of relaxation in environments equipped with accessories specially chosen to pamper the lucky users, especially during the night's rest. The apartments are in a strategic position to visit the city on foot. The houses are located a stone's throw from the central railway station of Santa Maria Novella (450 m entrance via Alamanni) and the homonymous basilica. One of these boasts a glimpse of the dome of the Florence Cathedral and the bell tower of the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The accommodations feature a double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a living area - living room and kitchen - with surprisingly comfortable double sofa bed, equipped with WIFI and 32 and 55-inch TVs and much more; there is also the possibility of adding a fifth bed by reservation. At least one person 18 years of age or older is required to check-in. For check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of 25.00 euros is applied on arrival.

The apartments are located in a strategic position to visit the center and the whole city. On foot you can visit the center of Florence and easily reach the Santa Maria Novella station (about 4 minutes on foot) and the homonymous Basilica, the Medici Chapels, Piazza della Repubblica, the Palazzo Strozzi museum, up to the Cathedral. of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), the Baptistery and much more. Still on foot, it is possible to reach the Events Center of the Fortezza da Basso, the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and the Cascine Park. At 10 meters from the apartments there is the stop of many city buses but above all of the "Rosselli" tramway, directly connected in a few minutes with the Florence Peretola airport, with the station and the Duomo. The apartments can be reached: by train, arriving at the central station of Santa Maria Novella; by plane, arriving at the Florence Peretola airport, where there is the direct tramway towards the center of Florence, whose "ROSSELLI" stop is 10 meters from the hotel; by car, via the A1 motorway, exit "Firenze Sud", "Firenze Scandicci".
