Ideal for 2! Our “Gardenhouse” is located in the historical center of Sarzana, a popular Ligurian town on the border with Tuscany. It's a private property that has recently been completely refurbished, therefore we can offer our guests a small modern & cozy ambiance of about 40 sqm. It has own private garden overlooking the “Firmafede” Castle, a stunning view. Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will promptly see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by. The short path leading to your house, surrounded by flower beds, ensures privacy and some enchantment too: you will benefit from independent access to the property with your own keys. Our garden, the old trees ensure a relaxing atmosphere. The terrace plus pergola is equipped with 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, 1 beach umbrella, and outdoor lighting. Reach the center in few steps; there's always something happening in the alleys of this old historical town: here you will find many antique shops and art boutiques too. The particular position in Sarzana, a strategic one, guarantees to all our guests to visit many beautiful places all around Liguria/ Tuscany even in short time
