The apartments are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of a building completely renovated, with wood-like tiles and finishes in different color shades. At guests’ disposal there is also a common laundry room on the ground floor and a relax area on the first floor. There are other accommodations inside the building. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.

In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season. The central station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment while the airport is 10-minutes drive.
