The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building of historical value in the heart of the old town center. There are two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. Places of interest near the house include the Quadrilatero, Jewish ghetto, 2 towers, Piazza Maggiore, Piazza della Mercanzia, the University of Bologna. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Paid underground car park 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment has two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and wardrobes. The lounge/dining room divides the two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped as if it were your home. The air conditioning is adjustable in each room. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine and the dryer. Sheets and towels are cleaned by an external specialized laundry. We have keypad entry with code.
Ciao! We are Italian and we live between Barcelona and Bologna with our children and a small dog. We are entrepreneurs and run a nutraceutical company. We speak English, Spanish and Italian, do not hesitate to contact us for any information!
