The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, and 48" TV; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - MEZZANINE SLEEPING AREA (accessible by stairs) with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
