The area is one of the most important and oldest olive oil producing regions in the world , supplying Ancient Rome . The area is clustered wirh gorgeous hilltop medieval towns such as Catino , Roccantica, Casperia and the Monastery of Farfa . The Region of Umbria is also nearby at less than 50 km .
The host is a professional hotelier gaving worked as GM at several luxury boutique hotels around the world . Fluent in 5 languages .
