In northern Sardinia, Casa Li Feruli is located in the quiet village of Paduledda, 3.5 km from Isola Rossa.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden and slightly elevated above the coast, the house enjoys unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape and is the ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and nature without sacrificing proximity to the area's most beautiful beaches.
Casa Li Feruli is a spacious 150-square-meter home on the raised ground floor of a semi-detached villa, ideal for up to 6 people in a well-kept and welcoming atmosphere. It comprises a large living room with a fireplace that opens onto an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms—two doubles and a twin—as well as a large bathroom with a shower and a small bathtub.
The property includes a comfortable covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs and a spacious fenced garden shared with the other apartment, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.

- electricity, water, and gas utilities, air conditioning, initial set of bed linen and towels (changed every 7 days for stays of at least 14 nights), parking space; final cleaning excluding the kitchenette and waste disposal (kitchenette cleaning is the responsibility of the guest or a penalty will apply).

Casa Li Feruli is ideally located in northern Sardinia, in the quiet village of Paduledda, 3.5 km from Isola Rossa.
A few minutes' drive away are the crystal-clear waters of Isola Rossa—with its famous beaches of La Marinedda and Spiaggia Longa (4 km)—and the picturesque beach of Li Feruli (3 km). The wide sandy beaches of Badesi, such as Li Mindi and Li Junchi, are about 5 km away.
The towns of Trinità d’Agultu, Isola Rossa and Badesi (8 km) are just a few minutes’ drive away, where you can find shops, restaurants, bars and all the main services.
