Hi, I’m Genka! I grew up between England and Italy, so I’m fully bilingual and love connecting with people from all over the world. Helping our guests have the best possible experience is what I enjoy most—whether it’s recommending a fantastic restaurant, organizing a surprise birthday party, finding the perfect beach for a family day, renting bicycles, or figuring out the best way to get to Florence by train. I genuinely love meeting new people, getting to know them, and making sure they feel right at home. It’s always a pleasure to welcome back our recurring guests who return year after year for the warm and friendly atmosphere. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three and a loving husband. I have a passion for snowboarding and nothing makes me happier than firing up the BBQ and sharing good food with friends and family. Looking forward to meeting you!

The Magazzini Loft, once a 14th-century warehouse, has been transformed into a spacious and character-filled retreat. The renovation preserved its original beams and open-plan design, making it a stunning 140m² living space. "Interior & Layout" The open-concept space includes only three walls, enclosing the bathroom while maintaining an airy feel. Massive windows and a skylight flood the loft with natural light and a refreshing breeze. A pool table doubles as a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a huge American-style fridge as a centerpiece. "Sleeping Arrangements" The loft comfortably sleeps 5–6 people comfortably without using sofa beds: Master bedroom (double bed) Mezzanine with 1 twin/double room 1 king-size bedroom 2 WCs & 1 full bathroom with shower "Outdoor Spaces & Activities" The courtyard, centered around a historic well, is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests have access to a large 10×12m pool, featuring a beach-style shallow area for kids and a 1.55m deep end. The historical garden, used by the manor’s owners, offers privacy and recreational activities, including: A trampoline for children Table football & ping pong A 200m² panoramic terrace, perfect for sunset views "Convenience & Nearby Attractions" Shops & restaurants are nearby. The region offers wine tours, cooking classes, and cultural excursions. With its rustic charm, modern comforts, and stunning surroundings, the Magazzini Loft is a unique Tuscan escape for families and small groups.
