Inviting holiday apartments in a two-family house inside a farm (olive oil production) 2 km from Moneglia, a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante in Liguria. Apartment ILL608 is located on the ground floor and apartment ILL609 on the 1st floor. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with its own barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs. Moneglia is located on a small bay with a sandy beach, lidos and hiking trails that run through the entire hinterland. Leisure activities such as underwater diving, sport fishing and beach volleyball are also available. From here you can reach the Cinque Terre area by train, the famous Porto Venere (72 km), Tellaro (63 km) and Sestri Levante (9 km) with the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia delle Fate. The most famous coastal town of Santa Margherita Ligure is only 34 km away, Portofino with its small piazza, a centre of attraction for VIPs from all over the world, is 39 km away, and if you want to visit the famous medieval abbey of San Fruttuoso, a boat or a pair of sturdy walking boots are all you need. The most important city in Liguria, Genoa, is only 56 km away and here you will discover the largest old town in Europe with a multitude of palazzi, the famous aquarium and the arcades of Sottoripa, where you can sample local specialities. During a stroll through the historic hamlet of Moneglia, you will discover churches of the Benedictine monks, 15th century cloisters, military buildings and an Art Nouveau castle that dominates the entire coastline.
