il Casale nel Parcoは2021年4月にオープンした新しいゲストハウスです。館内（客室、居間、バスルーム、床、壁）や施設の外（庭、駐車場、車いす用通路）は改装され新しくなっています。
改装前は200年もの歴史のある農家のファミリーハウスで、歴史的価値を失うことなく現代的なスタイルに改装されました。
