Local House Sicily was born from Viviana’s dream. After traveling around Europe, she decided—at just 25 years old—to return to the land of her parents: a stunning and authentic corner of Sicily, where connection with nature is part of the culture and where the true “Italian dream” is still alive. And yet, it is also a place marked by the departure of many who believe there’s “no future” here. Viviana chose to see things differently: to enhance the value of the land and help others rediscover it through the eyes of those who live it every day. Local House was created to welcome travelers into authentic Sicilian homes, often belonging to people who no longer live on the island year-round. It offers the opportunity to experience local life in its most genuine form. Thanks to a dedicated and professional team, each house is carefully prepared to ensure comfort and quality, while preserving its original character. The apartment features a spacious kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea and countryside. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The space is entirely yours, ensuring maximum privacy and freedom. The house is located in the countryside, just a short walk from the sea. The nearest towns are Caronia Marina and Santo Stefano di Camastra.

Il giardino al mare di Anna is just a few steps from a secluded beach, situated in a peaceful area in the open countryside. We are within the Nebrodi Park, offering numerous hiking trails, and a bit further away, the "Fiumara d'Arte," the largest open-air art park in Europe. Just a 30-minute drive away are the beautiful village of Cefalù and the town of Capo d'Orlando, from which you can depart to visit the Aeolian Islands. For getting around, we recommend renting a vehicle. The train station is 3 km from the accommodation. Taxi services are available.
