The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with a private garden and a seasonal outdoor pool — ideal for relaxing after a day at Leolandia or for spending serene moments with friends. Adding to the special atmosphere are Zoe, our sweet Labrador loved by children, and the cats Fabrizio and Oliver, discreet but part of the family. Guests can enjoy the garden, the patio and the pool in summer. Upon request (with an extra fee), we can also provide a barbecue, airport shuttle service, and a private chef. Small pets are welcome, and with prior booking it is possible to host small private events or celebrations. The house is especially appreciated by families, thanks to the outdoor spaces, the many amenities, and Zoe’s affectionate welcome. For any need do not hesitate to contact me.
