Nice apartment in the historic village of Solaro, on the hills of Lerici, overlooking the olive grove plain. Just a 15-minute walk from the sea in San Terenzo and a few minutes from Lerici, Tellaro, and Montemarcello Park. Fully renovated and furnished. Ideal for trekking and/or mountain biking along the many trails of Montemarcello Park and the Cinque Terre.
I'm Carolina. I grew up in La Spezia and consider this small town, along with its surroundings, a wonderful place to live and to enjoy a pleasant stay as a tourist. Together with my brother, Cristiano, we will host you in our small apartments, striving to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful village of Solaro!
The apartment is located in the charming village of Solaro, with its colorful houses and 'carugi' (narrow streets) filled with flowers and plants. Solaro offers spectacular views and sunsets that you can enjoy during your stay. From the village of Solaro, you can reach Lerici, Fiascherino, Tellaro, and Montemarcello Park, where you'll find various restaurants and bars. From Lerici or La Spezia, which is just a 10-minute drive away, you can take a ferry to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. And for those who enjoy nightlife, Versilia is just a 30-minute drive away. We would like to emphasize, especially for the 'lazier' guests, that the apartment is located in the hills of Lerici, so returning requires an uphill walk.
