We provide a beautiful suite with terrace at ground floor and other cozy rooms with toilet each at Roman floor located in the most beautiful district of the city, in an elegant and historic period building. Nearby you can admire many other historic buildings with rich and impressive architecture. The seafront is 50 meters away and it is wonderful to be able to take long walks or simply stop for an aperitif in one of the many trendy clubs. Its position allows you to easily and pleasantly walk through the old city and the modern center, returning to an oasis of tranquility and elegance. Please note that check-in ends at 21:00. For late check-in there's an extra cost of Euro 25 to be paid in advance. Usually we provide cleanings and towel change each 3 days. We offer the possibility to have extra cleaning on request for just Euro 20 and to have a daily towel change (at an extra cost of Euro 20 per change). Please note that smoking is forbidden and do not introduce food in the rooms at the Roman floor.

Born between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, it is the most elegant and prestigious area of ​​Bari, overlooking the sea and characterized by historic theaters and period buildings in Art Nouveau style. Its area is a quadrilateral between the sea, the Murat district and the Madonnella district, of which the "Umbertino" is part of the administrative point of view, but from which it differs in history and beauty. In the early twentieth century there was talk of "mile of the Bari's theaters", precisely because within a mile and a half there were many stages and most were present here. The Petruzzelli, the Kursaal (currently closed), the Margherita (under renovation) and the East have survived today. Many of the numerous liberty palaces in the neighborhood show the initials of the first owners on the façade or in the condominium entrance hall from which they often took their name.
