Property information

Wonderful apartment with excellent furnitures located on the second floor of a new building, supplied with solar thermal and photovoltaic energy is an excellent mediterranean gateaway for an unforgetable holiday. The apartment is spaceful and incredibly bright, it has a wonderful veranda with stunning sea view equipped with wooden chairs and table to relax overlooking the magnificent gulf. The apartment is structured as follow: large living room with marvellous view of the sea and mountain, kitchen with implements and microwave oven, bedroom with sea view, single room with double bed or two single beds , bathroom with shower, shared barbecue. Parking outside and internal parking for motor bikes.

The house is strategically located just few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cala Gonone , from the market, the Bar, the emergency medical service and the center town.
