The lovely Residence is located in the hamlet of Tanaunella at Sos Alinos, close to the main services and only 1,500 metres from the beautiful beach of Baia Sant'Anna. The flats, with their own entrance, are located inside the main building, which has a beautiful swimming pool, or outside in the immediate vicinity. The flats are finely and tastefully furnished and are located on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with balcony, equipped with table and chairs. They are also equipped with: TV, microwave oven, oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, and a sun umbrella. Residence services: reception (09.00-13.00 and 17.00-20.00), unattended outdoor parking, swimming pool with wi-fi area, communal barbecue, communal washing machine, bicycles (subject to availability with deposit), children's playground, five-a-side football pitch, bar and restaurant with external management (opening not guaranteed) The rates include: - energy consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (excluding kitchenette and rubbish disposal); wi-fi (partial use - pool area), use of swimming pool, washing machine and communal barbecue, playground and use of bicycles (subject to availability, deposit for use), unattended parking

The optimal location allows one to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, including Porto Ainu, the Posada marina, the Budoni marina and the Bidderosa oasis. Nearby are archaeological sites wildlife and folklore sites.
