Laura's Casetta is named after the owner's mother and is located on a quiet private street in Lierna, accessible only to residents and guests of the surrounding villas. Traffic is extremely limited, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay, it is perfect for those who want a vacation immersed in tranquility. This unique dwelling was converted from an old renovated barn, keeping its original charm intact. The house is independent and arranged on two floors: On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Here you can also dine outdoors, thanks to the dedicated outdoor space. On the upper floor, going up the stairs, you enter the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake and garden, a second large bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and all facilities, overlooking the mountains and garden. This floor also has a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. Heating is provided, if necessary, via electric elements.
