The house is only a hundred meters from the beach which can be reached via a small path. Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for spending a relaxing holiday. The cozy living room with dining table and kitchenette overlooks the garden, as does the first bedroom. The house is equipped with wi-fi, flat screen TV and heat pumps for air conditioning or heating. A spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, equipped with washing machine complete the ground floor. On the first floor the second double bedroom, in a Provençal style, overlooking the garden with sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and fridge / freezer. For your summer dinners and lunches you can take advantage of the patio in the garden with barbeque, or relax in the shade of the mimosa and enjoy the tranquility of the place.

The house is practically on the border with France, about two kilometers from Menton on "Cote d'Azur". In the nearby village of Latte, less than a kilometer, you can find a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, the laundry and the post office as well as a pizzeria and bar. The world-famous Hambury gardens with an incredible variety of local and exotic plants and the Balzi Rossi prehistoric museum are almost one step away. For those who love the worldliness can take advantage of Monte Carlo with its casinos and its nightlife. On the Italian side you will have a hinterland full of small villages to visit where you can enjoy the food and wine specialties of the region. The railway passes nearby
