La Collina di Cesare is a modern villa of 400 m² offering complete privacy and tranquility, and panoramic views of the vineyards. The villa is within walking distance of the beautiful hillside village of Calosso and close to all amenities. The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children and features a large, fenced private pool (6 x 12 m). In May/June/September/October, guests can ask for the pool to be heated (new in 2026 !). La Collina di Cesare is the perfect base for a vacation with family or friends, located in the heart of Unesco World Heritage Sites. The villa has numerous shaded areas, within a park of about 1.5 ha, several terraces, a BBQ and ample parking (5+ cars). The living spaces within La Collina di Cesare are bright, with a spacious living room and a dining area that can accommodate the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances (including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker and a washing machine). The house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. There is a covered recreation room with a ping pong table and a table football table.
