Just 20 km from Rome, this apartment offers the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and the wonders of the capital. Located just 100 meters from bus stops to Rome and Monterotondo, as well as the Monterotondo train station. Free parking is available. Conveniently close to amenities such as a bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, pizzerias, deli, post office, bank, and church. The apartment also features a relaxing, livable terrace. An ideal stay awaits you!
My hobbies are reading, sewing, gardening and connecting with new people. I like having guests around because they make me feel younger and alive, but above all they keep me active and busy.
In the neighborhood there are all the following services within a radius of 100/200m: bus stop, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bar, pizzerias, restaurant, ice cream shop, free parking (also electric charging), church and post office. The apartment is located in a quiet area, near a natural park where you can walk. At 50m there is a children's playground and a free football and basketball pitch. At 200m there is a free skating rink. Both of these places are located close to the natural park. Even if you don't have your own transport, there is a bus stop 100m away with a bus that takes you directly to the heart of Rome. Free parking and electric charging stations are available in front of the accommodation.
