We are Daniela and Giuseppe and we can't wait to open the doors of the apartment that has welcomed us for so many years to make you feel as if you were at home despite being far from home! We like the idea that our house is a small temporary refuge for those who are discovering Asti and the wonderful Monferrato or who have to stay in Asti for work, study or other reasons and we try every day to put all our effort into ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

The apartment is large and comfortable and is located in a quiet and private location a few steps from Corso Alfieri, the main street in the center of Asti where you can find all the main tourist attractions that the city offers. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a corridor and 2 balconies with relaxation area with sofas and a small table overlooking the rooftops of the city. Equipped with independent heating and all comforts such as flat screen TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, immersion blender, kitchen scales and everything needed for the table and the kitchen, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fan, air conditioning, bed linen such as sheets, pillowcases, duvets and blankets, towels, personal and household hygiene products, clothesline and mosquito nets on the windows. Upon request, a crib for children up to 3 years old complete with bed sheets, duvet and blankets, a baby high chair and tableware are available free of charge for our little guests. The apartment has a completely independent entrance with armored door and is located in a building with a lift. Free parking is available in the private courtyard of the building closed with an automatic gate. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is well served; in fact, in the surroundings of the apartment you will find bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, a supermarket, an organic products supermarket, bank, ice cream shop, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, tobacconist. It is also well served by public transport that can take you to every area of Asti.
