La Giuggiola Sweet Home is a small historical building in the center of Sansepolcro. A staircase leads to three independent apartments, each one of them with wooden windows, terracotta floor and beams ceiling. The entrance door opens with a code reserved for guests only, and the floors are accessed via a central staircase. Each floor is an independent apartment with private access. The entire structure has just been renovated and furnished in a Tuscan style. Two apartments, on the second and third floors, have an equipped kitchen. The Jujube (Giuggiola) is a very common fruit in this area, sweet and with many biological properties including antioxidant and anti-stress. The Tuscan expression “Jujube juice” means have fun and enjoy a moment or a place carefree. This is what we want to offer to our guests. La Giuggiola Sweet home, surrounded by historical buildings, towers and bell towers, is located in one of the main street of the renaissance town, where you can discover beautiful landscapes, museums and gorgeous hidden spots. The famous painting “The Resurrection of Christ” of Piero della Francesca , the city museum, Aboca Museum, the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, the 16th century walls and the ancient buildings are only part of the various interesting sights in Sansepolcro, all far few minutes walking from La Giuggiola. In the surrounding of Sansepolcro you can find beautiful landscapes such as the Natural reserve of Alpe Della Luna, the Sanctuary of Montecasale where Saint Francis of Assisi prayed and lived and numerous medieval towns part of “The most beautiful towns in Italy” like Anghiari and Citerna.
