The 25 square meter apartment is located in Porta Romana in Milan Old building on the border of the Spanish walls. Comprising a double room with kitchenette and sofa bed, hallway and bathroom. Completely renovated in 2017 with interior-facing, first floor and accommodates up to 3 people. 5-minute walk from Court, Ospedale Maggiore and Mangiagalli and 15 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo. 9 tram stop 50 meters Bar, typical and ethnic restaurants within 100 meters. The apartment is independent and comfortable environment. I wanted to create a space that has the amenities of a modern home while retaining the characteristics of a typical Milanese. The apartment also has Wifi, TV, kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine with pods. The apartment is in a building and is located on the first floor and not at ground zero. The building has no elevator.

Hello I am Marina. I am now many years that I deal with vacation accommodations. I decided to publish my announcement to have the opportunity to meet other people and share the interest on the sites. Knowing guests and try to make them feel at home makes me happy. My first experience as a holiday home a few years ago began running a lovely attic in a fisherman village in the South of Italy; the apartment was in an area called "La Marina". In 2017 I then decided to sell the apartment and to manage one in Milan, where I live. From here, to "remember" the attic of the harbor .... the name "Marina in Milan" which also connects well to my name ... SInce 2017, we have hosted in Milano many guests from all around the world; for vacation or business travel. Amazing experience always rewarded by a positive feeling with our guests who show fully satisfaction for their stay. So, in addition to our first 2017 apartement, we are offering additional accomodations. I always liked to entertain friends. Share with them, with discretion and kindness, their mutual interest. The neighborhood and the area to be desired. In a radius of 500 meters there are the spa, pool, gym, tennis court, playground, gardens, places to real Milan, restaurants, cinemas, bars to trendy cocktails, theater and much more. At 150 meters is the Rotonda della Besana, where in addition to doing a splendid breakfast or enjoy an aperitif, you can give space to the imagination as it was the place described in the Manzoni's masterpiece as the lazaretto.
