The newly built structure (opening in 2020) has 4 apartments: two two-room apartments and two three-room apartments divided into two buildings, with large green space / garden, private parking, free outdoor showers, private entrance with gate. - The two-room apartment (up to 5 people) consists of a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom with 2 single / double beds and a single sofa bed, hallway, and a large private veranda. - The three-room apartment (up to 8 people) consists of 2 floors, ground floor: a large private veranda, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom, first floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single / double beds and a sofa -single bed, hallway, bathroom, large terrace with sea view or Erice view. All apartments offer: fully equipped induction kitchen, air conditioning in every room, box spring beds, satellite TV, hairdryer, internet connection, barbecue, shared washing machine.

A few steps from Posidonia, you can practice water sports such as kite and windsurfing, sup, canoeing, and you can also relax by the swimming pool and yoga classes at the Santa Maria Resort. Some suggestions on what to visit in our area: excursions to the Stagnone Islands by boat (Mozia, Santa Maria, Schola and Isola Lunga), admire our wonderful sunsets and the Saline di Ettore and Infersa, tours in the most famous Marsala wineries (Florio, Pellegrino, Donna Fugata, etc) , spend a day at the Egadi Islands (Favignana, Marettimo, Levanzo) and / or on the beach, or even visit the temples of Segesta, Erice and finally don't forget to try the typical Sicilian cuisine!
