The apartment is completely new and recently renovated by the accuracy of details and the good style of my Mum Maria, the owner of the apartment. It is a very particular apartment for its style; heating and air conditioning, two bathrooms with two showers, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a mixture of modern furniture and antique furniture, allow the Trabacca to make you feel at home at any time of the year.
Ciao, my name is Costanza and l live in Rome. I am a Guest House and holiday houses manager in Rome and I manage this lovely apartment, with my uncle Matteo,to help my mother. My Mum is an architect and she renovated personally La Trabacca, so the accuracy of the details comes directly from her style.
La Trabacca is situated in a strategic position: in the center of Levanto, is really close to Bars, restaurants, wineries but also really close to the beach, only 400 metres. Levanto train station is only 10 minutes walking distance. Being in the center only don’t permit to park the car in the street in front of the entrance but we can arrange a special permission to park the car close by (with an extra cost) cause in all Levanto there are only parking to pay all day.
