🏡 Our apartments are located in a recently built villa, just behind the old town of Borghetto Santo Spirito, only 3 minutes on foot from the beach and 200 m from the train station.
📸 Before booking, please carefully check the photos of the selected apartment to ensure you know exactly which unit you are choosing — each has its own unique features.
All apartments include fiber Wi-Fi (the best in the area), a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and courtesy set, and complete bed linen.

Perfect for guests who like to walk everywhere — you’ll find beaches, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and tobacconists all within a short stroll.
🚉 The train station is only 200 metres away, ideal for travellers arriving by train or exploring the Ligurian coast without a car.
Despite its central location, the street remains peaceful and low-traffic thanks to the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), ensuring quiet and relaxation even in high season.
