Located in the heart of Mesola, La Villetta Nel Delta is the perfect spot for you to enjoy the Po Delta, the sea, and the rich history of the area.
La Villetta nel Delta is a two-level home designed for comfort and convenience. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a dining table for six, perfect for shared meals or relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, pans, and utensils, plus a breakfast table that seats four. A separate utility room houses the dishwasher, washer-dryer, and cleaning supplies. The ground floor bathroom features a modern walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms with a view over Canale Bianco, king-size beds, air-conditioning, large-screen TVs, and ample storage. The second bathroom includes a bathtub and bidet, ideal for a relaxing soak.
The property also offers a small garage with a bike rack for secure bicycle storage, free on-site parking, and a lush garden space to unwind.

La Villetta is surrounded by nature, with Canale Bianco being just outside its doorstep. The fabulous Castello Estense di Mesola is just 300 meters aways, and a few more steps behind the castle you will find the lovely cycling route FE20, perfect for both cycling and walking along the banks of Po di Goro. Easily accessible from the SS 309 Romea, La Villetta nel Delta is perfect for exploring all that Veneto and Ferrara have best to offer : Venice, Chioggia, Padova, Ferrara, Ravenna, the beaches with the many ports, the Delta, Comacchio with its Valli, Bosco Mesola. Immerse yourself in the surrounding nature, admire the flamingos, the deer, the swans and all the wonders of the area, all while enjoying the comfort of a central location. With so many things to see and do in the area, you might want to consider booking more nights!
