The location is central to the logistics services within walking distance in 5 minutes: train station, minibus stop, bus and city bus stop and taxi station. Private condominium parking and public pay parking. Adjacent to the structure we have the Coop supermarket, the Banca San Paolo, the Italian Post Office, the Pharmacy, Restaurants, bars, fast food, pizzerias etc. The centrality of our structure to logistics services allows tourists in a very short time to reach not only the historic center but also all other places of interest, such as the Italian university and the University for Foreigners, the Civil Hospital or private clinics .
Our goal is to provide a service to our customers because we are available to provide them with all the information they need. The apartment is very cozy, welcoming and above all comfortable. To be a studio apartment is well distributed and furnished with everything you need in a normal apartment. Our staff is available to arrange with the customers the time of arrival and delivery of the keys and to provide assistance to reach the apartment briefly.
Our neighborhood, although located near the train station, is quite quiet both at night and during the day. Easy to find are foodstuffs at Fastfood, pizzerias, restaurants or private clubs, in short, there is everything. Guests especially like the ease of finding means to move a little everywhere in the city as in the province of Perugia. Sometimes our structure is used as a base of stay and then quickly reach the neighboring Umbrian tourist resorts
