We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need. Spacious and modern apartment just a 3-minute walk from the lake! The apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a sofa. You'll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with built-in filter for fresh water and ice, TV, and all necessary kitchen and bathroom items. For those arriving by car, free parking is available just a short distance from the apartment! With fast and stable internet, the apartment is also perfect for remote work. The heating is autonomous, and each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with an air conditioner for your comfort.

A quiet condominium complex with a shared garden is located in a quiet area of Lecco called Pescarenico. The name literally means "an area of fishermen"; indeed, there are many nice fish restaurants around where you can try delicious local fish! Besides, it is famous in Italy because an action of a famous Italian novel "Betrothed" took place here. On the ground floor of the condo complex, there is a small mall with stores for kids, electronics, and a bar where you can take breakfasts. A large supermarket is within a 5min walk. The house is 3 minutes walking from the lake and 20 min from the city center and the train station. A beautiful pedestrian path connects the area to the city center along the lake! There is also a bus stop nearby. There is a large free underground parking under the house. It normally closes at night, but you will have the keys to access it 24/7. There are also few parking places along the street nearby.
