Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 2 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate to the person in charge your arrival time, and any updates on it. In case of late arrival or need, there is a self check in. Instructions will be sent to you. The accommodation cannot be reached by regular public transport but there is a bus service on call that can take you to the address upon reservation. You will have access to all the spaces of the apartment and the garden which is rented entirely without shared areas. We remind you that there is a second apartment upstairs, so even if your spaces will be separate we ask you to behave with education and respect towards other guests. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Surrounded by green woods, olive groves and vineyards, the accommodation is ideal for a holiday of pure relaxation. The beaches of Tigullio are a 15-minute drive away and if you want to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre or the renowned locations of the Riviera del Levante, the property is an excellent point of arrival and departure. Apartment located on the first floor of a house divided into two independent accommodations, surrounded by green hills and with a welcoming private terrace equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs and armchairs to enjoy the beautiful days or summer evenings immersed in peace and tranquility. Upon entering the house you will find a large living area with a sofa, large TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils and dishes. The atmosphere of the house is welcoming and relaxing, characterized by a rustic style but with attention to every detail. Separated from the rest of the living area by a partition, you will find a sofa that can be transformed into a French bed that can be used by one person. Proceeding you will arrive at the large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and desk to use as a work area if necessary. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, spacious and complete with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine. There is air conditioning in all rooms and can also act as heating. There is free Wi-Fi. The house also offers private parking. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of people booked and are included in the price. Animals are NOT allowed. For waste you will find private bins that can be used with a key that will be given to you at check in.

Immersed in the peace of the hills, Le Yucche Country House is the ideal place to escape from the chaos of the city and enjoy a holiday of tranquility and relaxation. Located just 2 km from the center of Casarza, a town just above Sestri Levante and equipped with all services such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the splendid local cuisine. Sestri Levante, on the other hand, with its characteristic historic center and beaches such as the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia della Favole, is approximately 6 km away, a 15-minute drive. The house is therefore an excellent combination of peace and comfort, while still remaining a very short distance from all services, the sea and the center of nearby towns. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car you can reach and visit the other famous places of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following in the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. The area is a popular destination for sportsmen, nature lovers and trekking: there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
