The stylish 45m² flat, furnished in modern Art Deco style, is located on the 1st floor of a single-storey house and has a spacious 20m² terrace. From here you have a view of the pool and, to the south-east, of Lake Garda. In addition to the bathroom, the flat consists of two rooms, a kitchen-living room and a bedroom. Either room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The bedroom has a luxurious king-size box-spring bed for a restful sleep. In the kitchen-cum-living room you will find a kitchenette, a comfortable sofa and a large TV with internet connection. You will receive your own Wifi signal throughout the apartment.

There are numerous restaurants within proximity. Lake Garda with the village of Fasano is about 1km away. Shopping facilities are available in Toscolano-Maderno as well as in and on the way to Saló. Some public beaches are within a radius of 1-2 kilometres. A few steps above the Lemonhouse you also have access to the Gardone-Fasano hiking trail.
