Comfort, hospitality, strategic position are the strong points of the "Lucariello apartment", located in a lovely Art Nouveau period building in a quiet position (in the upper part of Bagnoli), renovated, bright, consisting of two bedrooms, sitting room , large bathroom with tub/shower, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and washing machine, veranda overlooking the garden, where it is pleasant to have breakfast as the sun rises. Equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, TV, wi fi, second floor, no lift (installation coming soon).
Luca Maria, an enterprising young man, always a lover of hospitality, deeply attached to his city, is ready to welcome his guests with care, giving them all the information necessary to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
In the tree-lined avenue that characterizes the center of the Bagnoli district, a few steps from the historic Via Napoli (a walk along the seafront is recommended to admire the entire Phlegraean coast up to nearby Pozzuoli). Public utility services, a few steps from the Naples metro line 2, from the Cumana Flegrea, public bus stop, municipality, police station and carabinieri, Catholic churches, pharmacies, supermarkets, hairdressers, medical and beauty centers, veterinary, puppymania animal grooming, gyms and sports centres, laundries, shoe repair, shops, fishmongers, wine shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife venues.
