Ideal for those traveling by car. Free parking in front of the house and nearby. 65sqm apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Small garden ideal for sunbathing for the exclusive use of guests.

Directly on the provincial road SP72 (Bellano-Colico), easily reachable by car, free parking in front of the house. Grocery shops and supermarket about 600m away. The apartment is located in a splendid period villa from the end of the 19th century, directly overlooking the lake with a breathtaking view! The train station is 800 meters from the apartment, as are the bus stops. About 4 kilometers away is the village of Bellano where it is possible to take the boat. About 10 kilometers away is the town of Varenna where it is possible to take the ferry. About 8 kilometers away is the town of Colico where it is possible to take the boat. Availability on site to use the taxi service. Free parking is available in front of the house and in the surrounding area.
