We are an agency specializing in the rental of holiday homes and villas on the island of Elba and guarantee our assistance throughout the stay.

Property information

Directly on the seafront, overlooking the marina and the ancient tower, three-room apartment on the first floor with living room with fully renovated kitchenette with induction plates. Double bedroom, bedroom with double bed (smaller than a standard double), bathroom with shower. It has a washing machine, a small balcony with sea view, air conditioning only in the living room. Parking space not available. Pets allowed (with supplement). Bed linen and towels not included. Near some restaurants and bars

Neighbourhood information

Marciana Marina is an ancient fishing village, traces of which can still be found in the corner of the "Cotton". The country is located on the north coast is now one of the most popular destinations on the island and the marina is a safe harbor for boats.
