This elegant apartment, recently completely renovated, on the 2nd floor of a historic building, is located at the foot of the Città Alta, in the heart of Bergamo, on the characteristic Piazza Pontida with welcoming terraces, restaurants and shops including a supermarket within walking distance. The main train station and the funicular to Città Alta are a 10-minute walk away. Equipped with all comforts such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and smart TV.
I have lived in Bergamo for 16 years and I love the variety of the city, divided in upper town ("citta alta") with beautiful views, and downtown ("citta bassa"). Bergamo has much to offer to its visitors: restaurants, café's, museums, shops, churches, ice cream shops , bakeries etc! Also, from Bergamo, you can take a trip to Milan, Brescia, Verona, Venice, enjoy beach life at Como, Garda or Iseo Lake or discover the mountains in the region.
The apartment is in the historic heart of Bergamo, with restaurants, shops and bars, close by. The train station and the funicular to Città Alta are a 10-minute walk away.
