Just 5 minutes from the town center, furnished with elegance and modernity served with every comfort including the barbecue area, private multipurpose court and the surprising "Romantic View" to enjoy the sunset! The Villa, of 190sqm, can comfortably accommodate 10 people who can also be divided into 2 groups as it is equipped with private access to the floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with windows, 2 living rooms and 2 equipped kitchens. They will also have at their disposal a panoramic swimming pool shared with other houses. We ask for absolute compliance with the regulation to protect the peace that the area deserves.
