Entire apartment in the heart of the historic center. Renovated with exposed beams. Terracotta floors and privileged view over the sunset of the Roman aqueduct, an important historical point of the city. The furnishings and details of particular value and design make the family home a particularly unique and relaxing environment. With its character and personality it will make you forget the cold and impersonal stays of the hotels.
In the whole house relax lights and chromatic shower. Fully equipped kitchen.The apartment is subject to Input Control with a 24-hour video camera that records the door's movements at the entrance. love it;)

The apartment is located in via Baldeschi. Limited Traffic Zone, with free access from 13:00 to 00:00. Nearest parking is Sant'Antonio. From there just go to the Etruscan Arch, about 50mtr from home. In the same street there are: French Consulate, male-female hairdresser, an ancient Bookbinder, two restaurants and a grocery. Via Baldeschi connects Piazza Morlacchi to Piazza Ansidei and usually there is parking on the blue stripes for the car, comfortably. In detail, leaving the building on the right, you reach 50 mtr on foot, Piazza Cavallotti where until late at night there is a convenient grocery store, the Morlacchi theater with its prose season which is one of the most important theaters in the city, also home to the interesting meetings of the Journalism Festival (the most important in Europe) and the universities of literature and philosophy.
