This beautiful villa Malmantile with private swimming pool is situated a few kilometres from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 15 kilometres from Florence, which can be easily reached by the guests by train from the close by station of Lastra a Signa (10-minutes drive). It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower and its interior are extremely spacious with vaulted ceilings. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine. A 600 metre drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a comfortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. The garden is well-kept and it is equipped with a non-professional tennis court available to guests. There is a charming loggia at the villa entrance to enjoy al fresco dining as well as under an umbrella in front of the house. A BBQ is available to prepare meals. From the swimming pool it is possibile to enjly lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. Please note that there is an indipendent staff flat on the side of the villa. Please note that the staff does not use this apartment regularly and it will in no way interfere with your privacy. Cleaning service is included 3 hours per week.
