Enjoy a cozy experience in this brand new stylish mansarda located inside a private house in the historic center of Viareggio. The place is equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi and smartTV. Towels, linen, hairdryer, fridge, coffe machine in the room. The accommodation is 3 min. walk from the beautiful central sandy beach and 5 min. from the train station. Nearby neighborhood shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and services are all within walking distance. I live on the first floor of the house with my wife Gabriela and our two daughters. During your stay, you'll stay on the second floor, where you can relax and enjoy your privacy. If you need any advice about Viareggio and the surrounding area, we'll be happy to help you.
