Property information

This comfortable attic apartment is located on the second floor, without a lift, of a small building situated in Piazza Brescia, less than 100 meters from the beach. It consists of a living area with kitchenette, two connecting bedrooms and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning (one split for each room), TV and washing machine. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. Parking spot not included. Private paid parking at about 100 meter from the apartment. Beach service not included. It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.

Neighbourhood information

Piazza Brescia is one of the most beautiful areas of Jesolo: located in a very central position between Piazza Mazzini and Piazza Marconi, it is full of attractions. A few steps from the apartment you will find: Jesolo sand sculptures exhibition, the Jesolo Ferris wheel, the Tropicarium Park and the Sea Life Aquarium. The area is well served: within 50 meters you will find a pharmacy, a small grocery store, various bars and pizzerias, as well as various shops. At less than 900 meters there is a shopping center with a Famila supermarket and, in front of it, a Lidl supermarket.
