Mestru Rafeli Art represents an example of a typical and ancient house, renovated down to the smallest detail, bringing back the main characteristics of the structures from the early 1900s: the tuff and the original stone, the authentic cement tiles make every aspect of this house magical.
The terrace from which you have a view of the town's monuments is wonderful: the Chiesa Nova, the Chiesa Madre, the Church of Sant'Anna and the Castle as well as the sea view from one part of it.
The house consists of a large double bedroom with star vaults in tuff and stone, a balcony overlooking the Piazzetta. The bedroom leads to the en-suite bathroom with star vaults in original stone, with a bathtub made entirely by hand in resinated micro cement, as well as a sink and countertop.
From the bedroom, through a characteristic chianche staircase, you access the second floor where a built-in and micro-resined concrete kitchen has been hand-built, with a dining area with barrel vaults.
From the kitchen area you access the fully equipped terrace with table and chairs for a breakfast or dinner at sunset and very special sun loungers. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the main monuments of the city, the sea view and the view of the main neighboring cities such as Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica.
