You will have full access to a prestigious super large apartment, equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and provide you with total relaxation. -10 minutes from the M1 (to reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes, the San Siro stadium and the Fiera Milano exhibition space) and from Monza, a city famous for its racetrack. -10 minutes from the Sesto San Giovanni train station, which connects with frequent trains, tourist locations such as Milan, Lake Lecco and Como.

Neighbourhood information

For those who will be late at checkout, there will be a penalty to pay through Airbnb. It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents. RESPECT CHECKIN TIMES (15/21) IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY PLEASE WRITE IT IN CHAT! THANKS. Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9:00 pm of 50eur. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later. Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of 15eur per hour. IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY. HOUSE RULES: -IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES -The house is inside a condominium, therefore, from 10pm to 8am it is forbidden to make noises, which could disturb the neighborhood -It is mandatory to recycle waste -It is forbidden to smoke inside -Parking space inside the property, subject to availability (10eur per night)
