The bus stop is about 250 meters away. The apartment is located in a green and quiet area, close to the sea and the ancient village of Malamocco, home of the first Doges and Bishops of Venice. Venice is about 20 minutes away by public transport departing from the center of the Lido of Venice. It is also possible to park your car in the free parking lots near the villa. An ideal accommodation for relaxation and tranquility in an area perfect for a pleasant stay. The apartment is located inside a newly built villa in front of a navigable canal, a short distance from the Venice Lagoon on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. About 200 meters from NicoLao Modern Apartment you can access the free beach. The rooms are very spacious and cared for in every detail, particularly suitable for families and/or small groups, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. NicoLao Modern Apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, and consists of a large living room with sofa and dining table, a wonderful terrace that surrounds the house with a view of the garden, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom equipped with every comfort and very welcoming, 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Lido di Venezia is one of the main islands in the Venice Lagoon which delimitates the lagoon on one side and the Adriatic Sea - on the other. The island is well connected with Marco Polo Venice airport, the historic centre of Venice and the mainland by numerous water transport routes. The coastline is famous all around the world for its long golden sandy beaches, big historical hotels, characteristic Liberty style buildings, and is especially renowned for frequent visits of the international jet sets and as a location from famous films. Lido di Venezia is also important as a naturalistic setting: just think of the Murazzi zone with its free beaches and crystal clear sea, the oasis of the WWF Alberoni and Saint Nicholas’ beaches with its sandy dunes. At the end of August – first weeks of September the island hosts the Internation Venice Film Festival becoming the centre of the international scene.
