Nido di Gufi is tucked on a quiet street in the heart of Todi’s medieval center—just a 2-minute walk from the stunning Piazza del Popolo, often called one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. Our neighborhood is peaceful yet central, where local life still unfolds with authenticity and charm. Step outside and you’re within moments of wine bars, family-run trattorias, gelato shops, artisan boutiques, and centuries-old churches. In the mornings, you’ll hear birdsong and the soft ringing of church bells. In the evenings, the golden stone glows as locals gather for an aperitivo under the sky. There’s no need for a car—everything is walkable- even if you have to take it slow, seeing we live on a hill top. Yet just beyond the walls, the rolling hills of Umbria stretch in every direction.
