Property information

Historic Palace from the 1800s, became in the early 1900s the home of the “Podestà” of Civitavecchia, to whom we owe the additions of Art Nouveau details. Totally renovated in 2024 to be used as luxury accommodation, with large sea-view lounges, 5,000-meter park with rare plants, rose garden and Art Nouveau gazebo, swimming pool. Six rooms, of various sizes, some of them with an incomparable sea view, which is only 50 meters away. All rooms are finely decorated with designer furniture and accessories. The property is 1.8 km from the center, port and railway station, 56 km from the airport.
