In the heart of the historic center of Martina Franca (TA) stands the Palazzo Principe Umberto, divided into two units on the first floor and second floor, reachable by using the typical stairs of noble houses. The structure is completely made of living stone from our land. The apartment on the first floor consists of a large bedroom and a sofa bed, private bathroom, equipped kitchen with island and attached balcony. The apartment on the second floor, however, consists of a living room with dining table, two double bedrooms, bathroom and terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor furniture. +++ THE HOUSE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE ZTL AREA AND DOES NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING +++
