The completely renovated flat is part of Palazzo Landolina in Torrebruna, built in the early 20th century in Art Nouveau style to a design by architect. Giovanni Tamburello, a trainee of Ernesto Basile.
Finely furnished with design elements, the house has an independent entrance overlooking a private courtyard with ornamental plants and overlooking the quiet Via Agrigento, a few metres from Via della Libertà.
Parking is readily available in Via Agrigento and the near streets, in the blue stripes it is chargeable (from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.), except on public holidays, in the white stripes it is always free. Just in front of the flat there is also a private, covered car park. Upon entering, guests encounter a bright first living area with a comfortable armchair and a pleasant outdoor area with ornamental plants, a small table and two stools.
The bedroom is refined and essential, characterised by the antique cement floor and equipped with a wardrobe area.
Continuing on, one enters the living room, with two designer armchairs and a TV, with an adjacent kitchenette. This room has a ceiling height of over 4 metres with the antique beams still visible.
Simple and functional is also the bathroom with window, clad entirely in resin and with designer sanitary fittings.

I am an architect and I personally supervised the renovation and furnishing of the flat.
I have travelled a lot, both for business and leisure, and I believe I know the comfort one seeks when away from home.
